ONYX launcher, new ad and weapon mod progress

WIP Onyx launcher UI from Tayla. There will be a war of the servers version bespokely made for the game to accomodate options based around the game itself, as a result there will also be the ability to always launch in war of the servers mode.

New update on the pistol, planning to make a different style muzzle before texturing since theres still some space left. We also mentioned about upgradable magazine sizes or just have it as a better version of the standard pistol.
